Aluminum Racks

Our Aluminum Racks/ Rackings has follow features:

It is made by aluminum alloys, such as 6063, 6063A, 6005 T5 etc. It could be mill finish or anodizing finish, or even powder coating finish. The color could be raw, sliver, or other colors.

High corrosion resistance, weather resistance, heat resistance, alkali resistance and impact resistance.

Different aluminum alloys of different hardness will be matched to give the rack a maximum Bearing capacity.

We are equiped with high-tech machines for the machining processing, so we can do the machining processes like drilling, carving, punching, welding, polishing. We have more than 50 CNC machines, so we can offer very high grade processing.

The cutting, punching, drilling are of very high precision, so it have a small tolerance on overall size. It could be assembled easily with bolts or screws.
