Wind Turbine Aluminum Ladder

(2) it is made by very high strength aluminum alloy extrusion profiles, the aluminum profiles with special heat treatment have a very high hardness of HW14, and also good firmness

(3) all the machining processes on this ladder is completed by CNC machines, so its connection is very prefect and substantial

(4)  its most outstanding feature is that this aluminum ladder do not use any bolt, screw, pop rivet to connect. It is completely joined by his own structure. Although it does not use any fastener to connect, it could endure with more than 150Kgs.

(5) the aluminum ladder could be fitted with an strong bar in the middle to increase its strength, which will make this ladder more firm and indurative.

(6)it was firstly made as the climbing ladder on the wind turbine for the convenience of repairing the wind turbine. Now we can make some new designs and adjustments to make it be suitable for more using purpose
